I have been in practice for 35 years and I am a Board Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation law. I always offer a free phone review of your claim. Because most of our work can be done on the phone, I can get involved with claims quickly and my clients never have to come to the office. On average I will spend 30 to 45 minutes with a new client discussing all aspects of his claim. I will explain in simple terms the steps needed to be taken now and potential problems that may come up later. If you already have a claim number, I have the technology to review your claim as we speak. I review all the benefits an injured worker may be entitled to. You never need to visit my office because I will fax or mail the necessary forms to start representation. In serious claims, I make “house calls.” The most satisfying part of an initial contact is when I ask the caller if he has any questions, and he almost always says, “No, you’ve answered everything I can think of.”
There are several other differences between my firm and many others. My clients always speak directly to me. If you call my office, you do not work with paralegals and secretaries. I answer your questions and I maintain the status of your claim. I am available in the evenings and on weekends, at your convenience. I also have a different philosophy of practice than many firms. I do not rush to settle claims because it is easier or more profitable for me. I will work with a client, and attend as many hearings as are necessary to get them appropriate medical treatment, lost wages and other benefits. Also, I do not offer “pie-in-the-sky” outcomes just to get you to sign up. I explain the range of realistic results in your claim.
